Boiler Repair Trends in New Hampshire
Considering a replacement boiler in New Hampshire? If it's been a while since you've been in the market, you might be surprised at the energy efficient, low-maintenance advances in boilers. Innovation doesn't come cheap, but top-notch materials means you can spend less money down the line on the dreaded boiler service.
Top New Hampshire Boiler Trends
Max Rivard heads up the plumbing and heating division of Rivard Brothers, where he's well-versed in boiler service. Among the latest heating trends for chilly New England winters, Rivard prefers the 3-pass, fuel-efficient boilers. As he puts it, the boilers offer "a more efficient burner and heat exchanger allows you to save a substantial amount of money a year."
Solutions to Your Heating Problems
Turns out, the top trends in boiler repair don't come cheap. Rivard prices the new boiler around $6,000, and notes that his prices are on the low end. "This is a 3-pass, fuel-efficient boiler with an indirect tank for almost unlimited low-cost hot water," he says. Installation prices vary by project, and can end up anywhere between $8,000 to $10,000.
Still, if this new equipment can solve your heating problems for years to come, it might just be worth the added expense. Rivard encourages all buyers to sign up for preventative maintenance on any equipment they buy, helping to ensure that the expensive equipment you buy now will stay in top working order for years to come.

systems are controlled by a simple turn of the thermostat and magically we have
heat! In recent times, homeowners are becoming more conscious of how much heat
is used because energy costs are taking a bigger bite out of our household
